The following is a summary of our standard terms and conditions. For initial enquiries or bookings, then contact us for further information.

• Minimum stay of 7 days
• Bookings: are Saturday to Saturday. July 4th bookings must for a minimum of 7 nights.
• Payment: Advance payment of 25% confirms reservation. Balance, including departure fee for cleaning services and security deposit due on arrival. Personal checks are welcome 30 days in advance.
• Security Deposit: On arrival guests will be asked to provide a Visa, MasterCard or Discover imprint for a security deposit, Cheques Preferred.Travel Insurance can be purchased through my rental agency.
• Cancellation: Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a full refund (less $80.00 service fee)
• Check-In and check-Out: Check-in is 4.00pm. Check-out is 10.00am.
• Rates: are subject to change without notice.
• No pets are allowed.
• This unit is non-smoking, But smoking is permitted on the balcony.
